This web site contains the Entropy Files, a set of files developed by Calvin Ahlbrandt 
and supporting codes written by Will Casey to solve a novel numerical problem, 
relating to a sequence analysis application.

In the paper post-script, or pdf, we develop a numerical method 
for the approximate solution of a constrained Calculus of Variations problem.
