The Graduate School requires an annual report on the progress of each graduate student at the end of the Academic Year. This page contains instructions for graduate students and faculty in the Mathematics Department.

Graduate Students

All graduate students who were enrolled during the 05-06 academic year are asked to complete the following information. This includes students who have graduated or left the program. (New graduate students entering Fall 06 should not complete this information.)

Please complete the form by 5:00 PM Wednesday May 17. Notify your advisor after you have completed the form.

Graduate students should go the site

and login using using the MU pawprint and password.

Once logged into the system, students must complete the following forms –

• Basic Information
• Degree Program
• Advisor
• Contact Information
• Progress Reports
• Teaching Reports (for students who taught in AY 04-05)

Faculty Graduate Advisors

Please respond to your students' reports 5:00 PM Wednesday May 31. Please note that each student has to submit a report before the advisor may respond. Please urge all your advisees to submit reports before the May 17 student deadline.
