Instructions for students completing the online Pre-Registration Form:

Please be sure to consult all the following sources BEFORE submitting your pre-registration.

Part 1) Mathematics Graduate Courses (numbered 8000+)

Below is a TENTATIVE list of Mathematics Graduate courses to be offered for WS2007. The meeting times will be scheduled after the pre-registration to eliminate possible conflicts.

Advanced graduate courses generally include a course description link. The course descriptions for core graduate courses may be found in the catalog listings for Mathematics courses numbered 4000 and above. Graduate courses which have sufficiently many pre-registered students will be opened for registration and accurately listed in the Schedule of Courses AFTER the pre-registration process has been completed. The current information in the Schedule of Courses may not be accurate, particularly the meeting times.

For each Mathematics Graduate course (8000+) that you will take in WS2007, click on the checkbox next to the course listing. Please note that this constitutes a commitment to enroll in the course, unless it is closed prior to enrollment.

If you would be interested in taking a Mathematics Graduate course that is not listed in part 1), you may enter the course number in part 2) below. If sufficiently many students express interest in a particular course, we will try to open the course if possible.

Part 2) Other Courses

Check the Schedule of Courses for information about Mathematics classes numbered under 8000, as well as classes from other departments. Please note that graduate students should sign up for the 7000 numbering of courses with dual numbering 4000/7000.

For each course other than a Mathematics 8000 course listed in part 1) that you plan to take in WS2007, click on the checkbox next to a blank line and type in all available course information.

Please do not type comments or explanations in these fields.

Part 3) Individual information:

Enter the requested individual information. CAREFULLY REVIEW the information on the entire form, and if it is correct PUSH THE "SUBMIT" BUTTON.

If the information is successfully submitted, you will see a message to that effect. Copies of your schedule will be emailed to you and to your advisor. PLEASE KEEP THE EMAIL for future reference. The "Clear" button erases all entries on the form without submitting any information.
