How to Check Your Grant Budget

Contact Information

Important Information: Do not expect to be approved for spending near the stop date of your grant!

According to a new policy, do not wait until very near the stop date of your grant to spend funds. You will likely not be approved for transfer of funds or for expenditures. You will have to justify the expenses in relation to your grant. On the other hand, it seems that NSF will allow one-year no cost extensions without justification. If there are funds remaining in your grant, you should seek a no cost extension in advance of the stop date of your contract.

The only web browsers compatible with the grant web site are Internet Explorer, Safari, or FireFox.

The following steps for accessing your grant budget should work as described here. If information does not appear as in the step-by-step procedure, contact Craig David. There may be a problem with your access privileges.
