XPPAUT
There is some very nice freeware called XPPAUT that is very useful for this class.
The software can be downloaded at the site http://www.math.pitt.edu/~bard/xpp/xpp.html. This site contains other useful documentation.
To download and install this yourself, you will need some computer expertise.
