Welcome to Dr. Deping Ye's homepage. I am a Post Doctoral Fellow (fully supported by an NSF-FRG grant), working with Dr. Alexander Koldobsky and Dr. Mark Rudelson, in the department of mathematics, university of Missouri-Columbia. I got my Ph. D. degree in Mathematics under the guidance of Dr. Stanislaw J. Szarek and Dr. Elisabeth Werner from the department of mathematics at Case Western Reverve University.


 I was involved in the trimester on "Phenomena in High Dimension" at The Institut Henri Poincare, Paris (April 18-July 13, 2006).

My paper Inequalities for mixed $p$-affine surface area has been accepted by Mathematische Annalen.

My paper On the Bures volume of separable quantum states was published by the Journal of Mathematical Physics in August 2009.
