Abstract: In this presentation, we will discuss how to build a model that describes the flow of blood and aqueous humor in the eye. We will start by looking at the physics and anatomy that can be used to translate the physical system into a mathematical problem. Once we have the mathematical system, we will be able to solve it using numerical methods. Finally, we will explore how we can use the model predictions to gain insight on how different conditions, such as high or low blood pressure, affect the pressures and blood flow through various parts of the eye.
